So I have a 87 turbo coupe it all just happened no warning there is a loud buzzing in dash a little blue speaker and the beast won't fire up it turns over like the middle of summer but won't fire up does anybody have any ideas?

The blue buzzer is the overboost buzzer. It should only come on if boost goes over 17 or so psi.
You have lost a ground connection causing some circuit to seek ground thru the buzzer. Time to get hold of an EVTM or set of circuit diagrams and start tracing wires.
DOes the CEL come on with the key in RUN? If it does, the PCM is being powered up. Use a test light, not a DMM, to check for 12 V at the coil and at the TFI a a start.
