2 weeks ago I ordered a 3" dp for my bird. The only communication I had gotten from SAC was a receipt, no ship date or anything; fine. So finally I sent them an email asking when i could expect it. The reply I got was :
"Unless you want to upgrade to stainless, it will be at least 7-10 days, I will know more next week."
I hate that feeling when buying online. That sinking feeling when you have already paid, but have no parts. I wish we had a feedback section for vendors or something. I dont think SAC is that bad, I can wait. I am getting very tired of dealing with vendors online, paying up front, and getting treated like dirt.

Scroll down a little on the home page... Vendor Issues is the place you want. Thanks for the info, I been trying to decide between SAC and ATR.

I am looking on the home page but I still dont see vendor issues.
Oh yea almost forgot, also two weeks ago I ordered a single dynomax ultraflow from Summit. Well the guy that was taking my order had to do a little bit of searchinq, and checking, (I am use to it for TC parts) for a few things, anyway he wasnt happy to help me basically. Well the muffler was out of stock, I had to tell im to order one(he didnt offer). Shazam, a week later I have 2 mufflers at my door, ignorantly my first thought was I got a freebie, (becuase I had already been given a total and authorized payment for 1) after looking at the packing slip I realized they billed me for both...but there is a bonus, I got to pay to ship it back.

I tried calling to complain, but the several times that I called, the line was busy...I am considering mailing them some anthrax.
