Hey guys, I got my tail lights apart without breaking, so now I would like to clean them up nice. I was wondering what I should uses to get minor scratches out of the outer clear plastic peice. Also, I was wondering what I should use to glue them back together? Is just a silicone glue alright? I searched, but didn't find anything. Thanks for the help.

Depends on how deep the scratches are. Real deep, wet sand with 600, 1000, 1500, 2000. Then use polishing compound followed by buffing compound. Less deep, start with 1500, etc.

Silicone RTV works well to glue them togather.
