Can anyone please advise where a replacement cable can be found. Ford part number is E8SZ-7E395-A. Ford is out of stock and auto supply businesses do not list a replacement. Any help appreciated.

Good luck. They are nearly impossible to find. I seem to remember a few people repairing it somehow, but don't remember the details.

I think you'd have to find someone parting out an auto TC. Or maybe have one custom made. Sorry.
