I don't mean to re-hash an already dead horse but the searches on brakes are information overload.

If money were no object, what aftermarket brand caliper, rotor and pads would you consider the best. TC specific please, I'd like to keep the ABS. Joe I know your setup is probably it, but I can't seem to find your post as to the brand, and am unsure if I can get a lincon caliper for the fronts from a good aftermarket supplier.

Mine are just napa calipers and pads with raybestos rotors and after a couple years they're already slightly warped as well as the rear drivers squeals on left turns and now sometimes going straight. I don't think they stop all that well either, not to mention they are really prone to not working at even the slightest rain; which we get lots of here.

I don't really think I posted that much about it - certainly not as much as when I documented the front suspension mods. The info is in the upper right cell of my mods chart, located here .

Hey Matt,

I've been toying around with doing the SN95 5 lug conversion, which would allow you to put on larger brakes. I think the sn95's are about an inch bigger than what we currently have, so you could put 12 inch rotors on the front instaed of 11's, and put 11'son the back instaed od 10's. You would also be able to get dual piston calipers instead of the single piston. I know if you pick up a Cobraset-up, you should be able to keep the ABS. Thats all the research I have done so far. Not much, but hopefully some help.

Hey Tony!
I'm interested. But that'll mean new axles and spindles. SN95 axles/rear are the same as ours I assume?

And thanks Joe. Are you just using your stock calipers?
