Hey NATO
The bird is in need of a set of brakes. I am getting new rotors and pads, and I'm a little confused as to what I need.
For rotors, is this what the tone ring looks like for the ABS?

Any recommendations for pads? From what I've read it looks like the OEM material was organic. Am I ok to buy a ceramic set or does this need to stay organic?
Thanks!

That is what the ABS tone ring looks like. The "slot count" has to match what you currently have of it will give the ABS computer fits resulting in false activation of the ABS system.
As for pads, any high quality pads will work... ceramic, semimetallic, etc. I usually go with the NAPA premium pads. As with anything, you get what you pay for.

I have ceramics on my rotors and they stop extremely well. Checked them out after a while of use and they still look newish... they may last the life of the car in my case!

I typically buy Wagner Thermoquiet pads. No idea what they're made of, but they work well for me.

Ok guys so I went with those rotors off ROCK and wouldn't you know it they only had 1 in stock. I canceled that order and ordered a pair from summit. Unfortunately, they are on order from the factory. I guess that's what I get for not paying the extra $122 at the part store, I just hope they show up this year
For front pads I went with Powerstock ceramic/carbon fiber hodgepodge. Lets hope they don't eat rotors. Now that I think of it maybe I should have ordered a 2nd set for next time. For the rear I plan on getting a set of ceramic pads from the parts store as they were actually cheaper locally than online for ceramic.
Happy Friday NATO!!!
