Had this thing sitting in the box on coffee table for months and finally got it installed.
All I can say is what was Ford thinking or saving by not having one of these?
This little piece of plastic works and should be manditory!

I recently got mine on and was very impressed. Anybody know how much boost these will handle?

I got it from my local auto parts store for around $30. part #0 280 142 103

I'm boosting average of 15 psi and have spiked 20 with no probs.

I blew my throttle body hose off and that prompted me to put this on.

So,what size is the pipe that you guys put behind the vam with the bung on it,what diameter is it I mean.Think I'm gonna try that one myself.

Too much fun, what's that mean? That's like too much boost, there's no such thing.

Simon The pipe I got in the kit from Pat is about 3" oD and the bung is about 7/8" but a 1" iD hose will clamp to the bung and to the BPV . I used 3" truck radiator hosefrom the back of the VAM to the pipe and the regular zip tube from the pipe to the compressor inlet.

I didn't use a pipe between Vam and turbo I got 1" alum nipples (hey that sounds kinky) welded onto IC and turbo inlet elbow.

You could use a piece of 3" exhaust pipe with a nipple welded into it between vam and turbo and 3/4" pipe elbow coming outta intercooler.
