boost question

i hooked up an aftermarket boost gauge and manual boost controller. The car boosted to 15 psi then i can hear the wastegate open and then it will only boost to about 10 psi. After awhile it will boost back up to 15 til the wastegate opens and then stays at 10 and the cycle starts again. Is my WGA the problem you think ???

Sounds like a boost leak to me. Check the IC hoses.
Is the IC bracket in place??

U da man pete.. thats what it was, i keep blowing the intercooler off the bottom hose, i gotta get her bolted down. thanks for your help !!
