body kit question

if a bodit kit states it's for an 88 thunderbird, exc. turbo what is the difference, is it basically the same as it is for bumper cover(no fog lights)?

Kinda... The standard front bumper is alot smaller and doesn't wrap around the sides of the fenders, so the nose piece won't fit.
