Have you done anything to the car recently? Do you have a multi meter? Live by a harbor freight?

You could try using a multi meter that will read amps, with ignition off take one fuse out at a time and put the leads where the fuse was. Several circuits will have some draw, the one with the highest draw should be what's draining your battery.

Have yoiu checked the rear seat reading lights. They can get turned on and never noticed. Switch is on the very back of the console.

You can do this with a test light as well. Anything more than a very dim light indicates too much current draw on that circuit.

Measure amp draw with the DMM on a DC AMPS range connected between the batt neg terminal and the neg batt cable. Pull fuses until you isolate the drain. If pulling fuses doesnt work disconnect the output lead of the alternator. If drain goes away, alt has a shorted diode. Also pull regulator plug off alt. If drain goes away, regulator is bad. Even with extra stereo equipment, key off drain should be under 50 mA.

Even more interesting I have power in my negative system, with the negative cable unhooked and test light hooked to negative terminal of battery I can hook the test light to anything and it lights up.

Having the test light hooked up as described is completing the circuit and should light up if there's any draw on your electrical system.
