Just a little FYI, I took a head off of a 89 Mustang to port out and convert the chambers to more turbo like and I was shocked at how heavy it was pulling off. Once I got it home, I pulled the cam, lifters, all valves, and valve seals and put it on a luggage scale. Came in at 57lbs!!! Wow, was I surprised at that, so thought I would pass that along. Interesting

Yup, the 2.3 heads are HEAVY! Almost threw my back out the last time I removed one.
