B-pillar Sticker

Where can I find a replacement B-pillar Sticker? Also, how would I go about removing the old one completley, it's peeled away.

It's actually paint. I sanded mine down, masked the door, and repainted it with my airbrush, though I have had good success with high-quality Satin Black spray paint.
