Anyone using Tweecer R/T?

I tried searching but I'm not seeing a whole lot about the Tweecer R/T. I've looked it over and this seems to be the best option for the money to tune my LA3. I was just wondering if anyone is using it and how they liked it. Pros/Cons, difficulty, is the R/T version worth the extra money, etc.
