I got my front mount finished and installed my Forge BOV.It is about 6-8 inches from mt TB.It seemed to work ok at first but now I think it is "bleeding" off boost. If I get up to about 15 PSI it sounds like it is opening and letting out the boost. I am also having probs with very harsh "stumbling" at part throttle or on deceleration. It sound like it is trying to open but not quite, because not enough booost or some thing. It seems as if it wants to be all the way open or all the way shut,no in between, which makes part throttle cruising very ugly. How much boost are these supposed to handle?I am thinking maybe I need aheavier spring?Any ideas?

I have had a Forge BPV (not BOV) for over a year, and it works just fine at 21 - 22 psi boost.

I can actually feel the valve trying to open, but not quite under part throttle.I have looked and double checked all my hoses and connections to find somewhere else that the boost could be leaking to no avail.Once I get up above 12 psi or so it starts to come out and you can here it,and no matter how long I stay in the throttle,it will not hold a steady presuure while up that high it just keeps falling.I'm still searching...

I'd say make sure all your clamps are seated properly and are tight, and check all your vacuum lines also.
