Anyone use this trans mount?

So I got my hands on an Energy Suspension Poly trans mount. Part number is 4.1104G. On their website, it states that this mount won’t work with the 2.3 but it’s compatible with the 5.0.. there’s a review on summit racing where an individual said that this mount does indeed work with 88 TC as long as you remove the mount and the bracket. Does anyone have any personal experience with this mount? Is the trans mount bracket the piece that sits between the mount as trans with the two larger bolts?

Looks like some people have used this mount in the past. Still on the fence as to whether or not I’ll use it.

Engine and transmission mounts are not something I’d try to save money on.
Another proud dues-paying member.

1987 Turbo Coupe w/T5OD, 8.8 axle, grey smoke; most options. Got it in 1991 with 41K miles: 3 turbos, 2 heater cores, 3 T5OD full rebuilds, 6 clutches, 1 head gasket, 2 Teves II ABS units, etc. later....

?? Who said anything about saving money? I acquired this mount and was curious to see if anyone has actually used it on their TC.. As a FYI, I have a true "single bolt" poly trans mount coming in the mail.

Interesting; there's a member on here that is reproducing poly trans and motor mounts for our cars. Just purchased all three yesterday
