The one my friend bought for his car is an ebay kit, I'm thinking its the second one you posted.

I would suggest this...

http://www.stinger-performance.com/stockparts.html

More money for sure...but designed to fit our cars...

Also you get to keep AC and the stock radiator...

That stinger kit is the one I WISH my friend would have bought but he'd already bought the intercooler before he'd hired me to work on the car. So I had little say in it.

Of course this is the preferred one to buy but if it means a little extra work vs paying double the money. Ill take the extra work you know.

Check diameters of what you are attaching to also. You'll probalby need some necked down couplers or elbow couplers, depending on how you route it. If you're a DIY'er vs parts installer, think about routing. I ended up buying a kit with 6 90 deg pipes and a couple straight pieces, but mine won't be the same as yours. I still have my AC, but i need new hoses made.
T3/T4 turbo, Stinger 3" exhaust, ported E6, gutted upper, knifed lower, Gillis, FMIC, cone filter on VAM, RR cam, Adj. FPR & fuel pump
