My T/C Brakes are hard as a Brick can't drive because its dangers to drive can't stop.......Any help out here on the forums !

This a like the 4th time you have posted this problem. I ask again, have you run the complete diagnostics posted in the tech articles? If not, I (or probably anyone else) wont be able to help you much, if at all.

Did you check for ABS codes?
88 TC/HX35/CAI/3" exhaust/Wilson MS2/Beanman header/Head Work/Laramee Cam/Gillis boost controller/3G alt/Walboro 255 fuel pump/BOV/CHE rear control arms/1" lowered/poly. bushings/Chuck W mounts/6 puck clutch/Pro 5.0 shifter/AEM wideband/Tuning MS..

ABS codes wont show anything for the actual electro-hydraulic power brake system. The power brake and ABS systems are 100% independent of each other.

With the exception of the accumulator. If the pump doesnt run, you will end up with hard brakes. If you have a bad ignition switch, it can cause the ABS light, AND the hard brakes.
