More test results -

Took the tape off of the harness to the injectors, examined it, didn't see any breaks, and re-taped it. I also checked to make sure that there was nothing in the back side of the injector connectors.

Switched the connectors on injectors 2 and 3. That made #2 and #4 the problem, and eliminated the injectors themselves as the problem, I think.

Disconnected all four injectors and the ECU to test harness connectivity. No continuity (infinite resistance) between pin 59 (injectors 3 & 4) and pin 60 (ground) or pin 1 (full time power.) No continuity between pin 58 (injectors 1 & 2) and pin 60 or pin 1. I think this means that the harness is also eliminated as a possible cause.

I think that this means I need to start looking for an LA series computer or some other sensor is real bad and not throwing a code.

Any other ideas?

After ensuring continuity from the injectors to the ECA, I just tried jumping the T/R wire from ECA pin 58 (injectors 1 & 2) to the T/O wire from ECA pin 59 (injectors 3 & 4). No problems as long as the jumper was there. I think that this pretty much means that the ECA is definitely the problem. And here I originally thought it was just a plug wire. You would think I know the difference between a plug wire and an ECA by now.
