go otu this mornign to warm up the TC go turn the kjey seem fine all light light right up turn to start "CLICK!" [email protected]@#$r
ugh turn it off turn on ignition let Brake booster pump up, try agian, still "click: grr voltage drops to 7 volts, then nothing!
agh, took Mom's Crown Vic to work, then took sis car out to dinner,c ame home, jump started the TC start up witht eh jump., grrrr, i think my stereo killed my battery!
WHAT A F#$^ING DAY!

Lol, what a day.. that's been like that for me all week. I haven't had time to get my feul pump done, so I've been driving an Olds and a Gran Marquee, sucks going from 2.3 w/ boost to 2 tons worth of a 6 cylinder. O well, sh*t happens.

Check for excessive current drain when off. Could the trunk, glove box, or center console lights be staying on all the time? That will drain a batt over night in cold weather.

Do you have a radar detector. These things draw enough to run down a good battery in about a week in warm weather. In cold weather, when the rest of the windshield was iced, I have seen a 3" wide area clear of ice, directly above the radar detector. If it puts out that much heat, it has to be drawing some current.

i thinkit was becuas ei was idling for 30mins with the stereo going full blast and the defrosting blower kitting ful blast, so im at 12 volt and drove 3 miels home shut her off anf she ws dead int eh morning. i jumepr her last night and she started right up this mornign and started riught up after sitting form 8:30-6:30 al day, so i think its back.
So it just odd i think the batteyr is dying( its ment for a 96 F-super duty tow truck, and myt alter nato i doubt can charge it up completly, as revamp said SH*T HAPPENS!
