i toke off the air box and saw all that pluming you guys where talking about and i was wondering what do you do to get rid of it because i want to put my k&n on

Yank it out. Take the intake tube, attached to the fender out, the air box and the tube attached to the bottom of the air box. The bracket for the vam will have to be removed as the vam has to be moved back toward the turbo a little if you are going to mount the K&N directly on the VAM. There is a couple different articles and pictures in the Technical Articles.

i want to put the k&n on the vam. what do i do with the tube attached to the bottom of the air box and all the pipes attached to it do i just let it hang there or take it all out

Take everthing off except the VAM, and throw it all as far as you can [Image: biggrin.gif]

It's best if you can duct your K&N away from the engine compartment you you have a supply of COOLER air. Your Engine compartment is full of hot air!

i got the k&n on the vam what do i do with the black box thing that was connected to the plumbing and the little hose connected to it that seems to run to the back of the car

The little black box is the charcoal canister that stores evaporations from the gas tank. You can either hook the line back up or let it dangle. I think this was covered in the articles I mentioned above.

You think the raw gas fumes coming out of the end of that little tube are any worse than the ones that escape everytime you pump gas at the gas staion,or the ones coming out of your tailpipe???.....Doubt it.
