All I am finding for the front struts is Monroe Sensatracks...

This is not acceptable (unless it is all I can get).

I have read that period Mustang struts, are shorter, but will they WORK?

With the later SN94 front struts work ON THE OLDER (1985)Turbo Coupes?? My suspension is in stock configuration with the exception of polyurethane bushings and such.

If not what will?? and what would you suggest..

I've heard that KYB AGX shocks from a 94 Mustang work (but they are shorter, like you said. So you will lose some suspension travel).

But I went with KYB GR-2 up front, and KYB Gas-a-just in the back. I ordered them from Summit. They seem to work fine.

My 88 had PRCs on the front that I thought were bad, but when I went to the GR2 they were actually a little softer...not bouncy, just softer. I'm looking into getting new coil springs that should help that out a bit though...
