In a nutshell... Remove dist cap. Rotate crank pulley to TDC, and see if rotor is pointed at cyl #1 plug wire terminal. If not, rotate the crank pulley 360 deg back to TDC and see if rotor lines up now. Remove plastic timing belt cover, if you still have it. Loosen the tensioner lock bolt (the bolt that goes thru the arc cutout) and the pivot bolt. Loosen this bolt only a turn or so. Pry the tensioner pulley out of the way with big screwdriver or similar, and tighten lock bolt. Set cam pulley mark lined up with center mark on plastic tab. If the plastic tab is broken off / missing, run a string from the center of the cam pulley bolt to the center of the aux. shaft pulley bolt, and line up the cam pulley mark on the string. Loosen tensioner lock bolt to tension belt, and retighten lock bolt. Recheck cam timing to be sure it didnt change. Retighten pivot bolt.
