Not sure if you guys had seen these or not. But, drop-ceiling hanger bolts work perfectly for the side of the rod that mates to the swingarm. Ill post some pics after dinner.

Any pics yet?
I need this and I'm not sure what you mean by drop ceiling hanger bolts. Can you get these at the hardware store?

Ceiling hanger bolts generally use a piece of what's refered to as all-thread. It's like a bolt with no head; you can thread a nut on it from either end.

Not really. These are specfically made for drop ceilings. Sorry it took so long to get the pics. Ate dinner, got tired, fell asleep on the couch. Oops. The pic is kinda crappy, but you get the idea. If you cant find these at your local hardware store, Id be glad to get them for you. I think they are like 40 cents or something. Its @ 4" long, 1/4" diameter. The hole in the end is 3/16" in diameter.

Ah. I described the wrong kind of ceiling hanger bolts.
I ASSumed they were the kind for hanging stuff from the ceiling, not for hanging the ceiling!
Sorry 'bout that, folks!

The threads on that look pretty coarse, like a wood screw?
I'm primarily interested because i've got a newish wastegate for my T3 I'm rebuilding, but the hole in the end of it is much larger than the flapper arm on the SVO 90 degree exhaust housing end.
It is threaded into the WGA, not sure what size threads. Did you cut the end of that rod and use a die to put fine threads into it?

DO NOT twist the rod at the WGA end. It is not designed to turn in the WGA
