I just installed a one wire A/C compressor. It only has one wire going to it and I suppose its grounded to the block. (Merkur Compressor) What wire from the stock 86 TC wiring is power? I'm sure all I have to do is splice the power wire to the single wire going to compressor. It has a black wire and a blk/yellow wire. I think its the black yellow, but I am not 100% sure.

I tried to jump the A/C switch to test for power coming out of the wire but I got nothing. maybe I tested it wrong. All help appreciated.

From what I can tell from the EVTM, the black/yellow wire is the power and Black is ground like you said.

Did you have the ignition set to run and the environment controls set to AC when you jumpered the AC pressure switch? Both are needed to get power to the AC clutch.
