So how do you get old oil out and new oil in an A/C compressor?
I took mine off, nothing pours out. I can hear the seals working when I turn it, and can hear the oil gurgle..but nothing comes out. I even removed the 3rd post - whatever that is for - and nothing came out of that too.
Thanks.

If there is more than just a little oil in it, it should just dump out. Might try holding it with the tubes pointing down and turning it and see if anything more comes out.

Thanks again Jeff.
I was expecting at least SOME oil to come out. It'd been evacuated for 9 months. My brother's theory is that it left with the refridgerant. Very little oil in the evaporator and condenser. Hhhmm.

Oh, I did turn it upside down, even turned the clutch. Nuthin.
