abs code 12?

abs code 12....what excatly is this telling me?
STEPS-No steps to perform
RESULT-Electronic Controller-Replacer
the other codes are just 33= passanger or RR vss

The Electronic Control Module is mounted on the fold down shelf in the trunk. It's in the center of the shelf toward the passenger side.

yeah i found that a few years ago(mn12) and i read it again before i asked the question tons of info... thanks.

but is code 33 tripping the code 12?...or is 12 telling me to replace the controller?.

i think i figured out the 33 problem. just had a lil air gap prob...lol... the vvs wasnt bolted down it was just floating there. i havent got the chance to drive the car but pinned it and had (2?? a/c mv) when i spun it so figured it was good.
