Not really any gray on the top yet at 46 years old (but I am starting a small bald spot right on top), but my beard is about 1/2 gray. Wife and kid are always after me to use that Grecian Formula crap on my beard, but personally, I think the gray in the beard makes me look distinguished, not old!

Well, at 33 I have a few grays..... mixed in with the few I have left [Image: smile.gif]

My TC only contributes to gray a little - after starting my car with the old "screwdriver" on the solenoid trick for a while I finally dug into the dash and removed the dead alarm system that a previous owner put on the car. Stupid kill switch system. Only had to solder four wires together - dumb installer ran a power lead off of the foglamp system - no wonder my entire light relay would cut out every now and then (its fun to drive in the dark)..

Sigh. Now, all I have to do is find another T-5 so I can drive my car again.....

I got a chance to look for the boost loss problem yesterday. It turns out it was the Gillis valve. I threw a spare on yesterday, just so I could use the car with more than 10 psi. I cleaned the old one today and while I didn't see anything, I have been through this before. It only takes a very small particle to hold the ball of the seat and let the boost pass through the to the WGA.

I thought that the grey beard was a prerequisite for tenure.

Thought it was the valve. [Image: smile.gif] I am still having some hesitation but not as bad. And pete that noise the fluttering. I think it is an exhaust leak. I swear it is. Does anybody know a good way to check for an exhaust leak without removing the whole exhaust system. I want to make it out to cascade park but can't with this noise that is bothering me. So I might just have to spend the day removing the exhaust. [Image: frown.gif]
