After a long and distinguished carrier as the president of NATO, Pete Dunham has retired as president. I have been appointed by the board of directors as interim president of NATO until elections can be held to elect a permanent successor to Pete. An election committee has been formed and will be moving forward seeking nominations / volunteers for NATO president.

As the organizations interim president, please feel free to contact me at [email protected] with any questions, concerns, problems, or suggestions to improve our close nit organization of Turbo Coupe owners. I am looking forward to continuing to improve NATO.

I would also like to personally thank Pete for his years of service to NATO. FYI, Pete isn't going away. He still has his Turbo Coupes, and will be around on the message board and will be assisting with the "transition of power".

Thanks goes to Pete, for all the knowledge, time and volunteer work through his leading efforts to guide this club to what it is today! All of the board officers should be recognized as well for the great working relationship to create the best "'net" based club to be a part of! (and at such a bargain for club membership... hint-hint!!)
And to Jeff, thanks for stepping in and taking the reigns (even IF it may be temporary... or... maybe not?!?!). The club following will be sure to support, assist and contribute as much as possible to keep the Turbocoupe interest a-flamin and (hopefully) growing.
Let us all know what we can do to move ahead. Meanwhile... Pete: stay in touch, and look for a possible local meet at my place before summer's out!

Pete, this is straight from my heart. Being woman and loving my t-bird the way I do, it would have been impossible I think, without your support to come into this club made up of mainly men. You made me feel welcome, and a part of something very special. Thank you for you help and for putting up with MY BIG MOUTH!!! Wink Smile Wink
And Jeff, if there is anything I can do for you or any other board member all you have to do is ask.

2 Thanks' in order. 1 for Pete and the many years he has put in to make this a great Board and even Better Club. Hats Off!
The other 1 for Jeff, stepping in and taking over as interim(or perhaps?) Pres. until the voting begins! Both have done a great amount of work and deserve our gratitude.

Thank you Pete for the years of service. I cant count how many times over the years you have helped directly or in directly by reading your past posts. Your knowledge and dedication to this site has made it what it is today.

I also want to thank Jeff for his help too, you went out of your way to help answer a few questions about a project Merkur's electrical problems, not to mention the countless past post of great info......you have my vote

Cheers,
Joe
