since I am swapping in the 5.0 and going the EFI route I have come to the question of the fuel pressure relay. since the TC FP is controlled by the IRCM module will I need to add a relay or is there a relay somewhere that I am unaware of? thanks

The fuel pump relay is located inside the IRCM. There are no hidden relays anywhere.

I wont be able to use the IRCM with the 5.0 harness Jeff. but I think I found the info I am needing on the other board. I'll need to find a fuel pump harness from a V6 or V8 bird or cougar with relay mounted in the trunk. Thanks

You could get that harness, but its easy enough to just wire one in using the factory harness.
