How did you check your fuel pressure? If you weren't driving it, it is not accurate. The fuel pump is not under any kind of demand at all idling there in your driveway. Sure does sound like a fuel delivery to me.

hmmmmm.... ya, i only checked it at idle. the line on my tester isn't long enough to close the hood so i can see it.

ok so even at idle with a guage hooked up. when it stumbles there is no change in pressure. even when i hold it at 2500rpms, stumbles, no change in press. holds right around 40psi

i just went at started it after it's been sittin for a while. started to stutter after about 30sec.

Check your auxillary gear for wear.
