OK Heres an update on my problem. I replaced the VAM with a new one also adjusted my TPS from 1.02 volts to .968 volts. I can now start the car but my timing is way off. With the timing set to 25 -30 the car idles nice but when I try to set the timimg to 10 it will run ruff and die.
Now what would cause this????
I will try to get a video of the car running.
Thank you for your time,
Craig

Got to ask. Are you removing the spout to set the timing? Have you verified that the cam timing is correct, first?

Hi! Spout is removed I did a quick check to see the cam timing is correct but ran out of day light. I will do a better check tomorrow.
Any other ideas if cam timing correct?
Thanks again,
Craig

Craig, 5.0TurboCoupe1988 is on to something. I had the exact same symptoms and it turned out to be the fuel pump.
In that case, one way to tell if it is the fuel pump, just turn the key on, let the pump run (Buzz). When it stops, do it again. A few cycles of "priming" later, try to start it. If the car starts (when it wouldn't before) then my money is on the pump.

It sounds flat, like your timing jumped by one notch. Are you sure the marks on the pulley all line up correctly and the number 1 is at TDC?
