88 TC 5 LUG conversion

ok, did a search, never really found any solid answers. Saw some say use ranger rear axles and Mark VII rotors like on a mustang, but will the rears work with the disc brakes and the front with the ABS. Ive also read to use the SN95 front knuckle/caliper and the rear axles with TC brakes.. Whos actually done one with either setup and been successful?
