87 turbo coupe clutch replacement

Anybody ever use a cheap spec 3 clutch off eBay and is it worth the trouble of putting in. Also is there any replacement clutch forks available anywhere mine is missing a spring tab on release bearing side of fork.

I have a couple of the clutch forks. One is NOS (not cheap) and the other is complete, but does have some wear on the spring tabs. I also understand there is apparently a Jeep throw out bearing that will work on our clutch forks without the spring tabs. I am pretty sure that RDOG even has the part number. Might want to ask him.
