I had a question about the 87/88 TC header panels. Someone told me that the TC header panel bolts straight up to the LS/LX models w/ the grill, if you take the grill off. Then they also said something about the lights. I was wanting to know exactly what I would need to do to put the header panel on my 88LS 5.0. Thank you

The entire header panel is what you need to replace. The lights will have to come out, and then replaced in the Turbo Coupe header, unless you buy one with the lights already in it.
You'll want to be certain you have the little black plastic air damn mounted below the bumper cover. Without it, you'll likely overheat at road speeds as you reduce the air flow dramatically without the grille.

It is a direct swap, EXCEPT for the inner park lights. They are larger(wider) for the Turbo Coupe.
