The 26" ET Streets are a hit. 1.77 60' so far. I need to get a set of 28". 6700 rpm thru the traps and very little 1st gear. Can't wait to get my tranny parts back from Liberty.
Joe, I'll turn in a slip after next weekend.

So much for suspense! lol. Glad to hear they worked out. I think I'll go to a bias ply when mine are shot. Might be awhile at the rate I'm going

Only changes since last time being the timing +2*, n2o on a little longer, and the shorter et streets.
timing was 23* at the top
boost set to 22#'s
70 shot all the way down the track
still granny shifting @ 6300
I filled the tank with 93 last week and could only get 5 gal of 110 in it. Had to set the n2o off switch from 6k to 6700 after it fell on it's face on a [email protected] run. That run also had 2* less timing.
Will call the local speed shop in a few minutes and see if they have some 28/11.50-15's in stock. I need to get the bottle filled for next weekend also. Cecil will be 11.xx or bust. I have jets up to 150hp and I'm not afraid to use them if I have to.
Here's a question for the other stick drivers with a shift light. How much lower than your actual shift point do you set the shift light to? I had the light on at 5600 and shifted at 6300. Am I just that slow to react to it or is this normal?

Nice going! That's great MPH too.
You're a little slow on the shift light, rule of thumb is 500RPM before, you're at 700RPM.

I'll definatly take my camera to capture the flying parts....of course it'll probably be my parts! lol. Those are some great numbers. Keep chiseling away at it and before you know it,you'll be in the 11's.
