The next time you go to the U-Pull-It, look for a Lincoln MKVII. Pull the front rotors, and the bigger calipers, and the rear axles. Don't bother with the rear rotors, they're bigger than the TC rotors. Unless you feel like paying for the rotors, calipers, and brackets, don't pull the rear rotors.
Take everything home, clean it, pull your rear rotors and have them redrilled for the five-lug. Also, have the center register hole opened up to match the Licoln axle. Simply switch your front rotors, pull your TC axles, put in the Lincoln axles, mount your modified TC rotors, put new pads on and go.
You could have found this information in one of three places. The search function here, the search function on TurboFord, the search function on foxtirdcougarforums.com, or coolcats.net has a lot of information pertaining to the fox body cougar/thunderbird. Do your homework. I'm always glad to help, but nothing replaces simple old RESEARCH.
Let me know when your headed to the U-Pull-It on a weekend, and we can meetup and chat about our TC's. Later.

Some things to consider...

You CAN get Cobra R style in 4 lug.

The Lincoln front hub diameter is HUGE! Many 5 lug rims will not fit. So when you go to get Cobra R Rims becareful. Not all Cobra R style rims have the larger center hole. OEM Cobra Rs do and I have them on my Lincoln MKVII but aftermarket knock offs do not always have the larger center hole.

I like my approach for the rear. I pulled my set of rear axels and had them sealed and redrilled to 5 lug. I just redrilled the rotors to 5 lug. It allowed me to retain my ebrake unlike everyone elses approach.

Does this process allow you to use the factory parking brake setup?

This isn't entirely true. The Lincoln axles are not the same length as the TC. I don't recall which way they offset.
