Well I don't know about most of you but for me it's all about the little motor.
If I had walked up to this car and found a V-8, I would have never bought it. That is what I expected to find, a 5L or at least a big 6.
So for me it's not what else can I shove in this car, but what else can I stick one of these motors in. Particularly my Ranger, as I need a truck 1rst and formost.
But don't worry, I won't be wrecking any good cars to get it.

Same here. I love the gas mileage and the power of the 4 cylinder turbo and i don't think i would be happy with it if it didn't have the turbo. I love seeing the look on peoples faces when they see a heavy car like the tbirds move so quick. Gave a friend a ride and he has a 99 cobra and he was impressed with how the tbird handled and the power band for just a 4 cylinder turbo....

I just read all the replies and thought I would share my opinion, I love my 4 banger turbo but have also been thinking of building another 88 bird with a twin turbo 5.0 or maybe a newer 4.6 mod motor with twin turbos, to me its all about what do I want to do with my projects? and I dont want any one telling me I am doing something wrong by modifying my own car!!! I say be creative try somthing different, and if it hauls butt all the better
