This is wierd, i have gone 339 miles on half a tank of gas, i filled the tank with 20.12 gallons saturday morning, now im at half, i fill the tank when it hits the E mark.
But 339 miles and only at half a tank equils 33mpg. is this posible?
the old engine got 320 miles to a tank of gas!
ut-o, this may not be good

I thought I only had a 16 gal tank! The most I've ever put in was 15.8 and I was driving on E for 2 days(I couldn't stand it anymore and pulled in, I'm not Krammer). The best I ever get is around 230 - 250 miles on a tank.

I get in the low thirties on the highway, but I don't drive like you do either, hehe, I would put some gas in now and see how much it takes, give you an Idea of whats left. That or make sure your AAA is paid up.

I checked my current 88 TC 5spd. 3 different times to take an average. Filled the tank and ran it all the way to E. Divided by the mileage. Over three tanks of gas it averaged 29.6 MPG. The driving was biased towards highway, rather than city driving. On the highway the car gets 33 MPG. So, yes, you could be getting 33 MPG. This is my third TC that gets this kind of gas mileage. Pretty cool, wouldn't you say?
