There is a HUGE difference between 20 and 30 psi. 20 is within the turbos higher efficiency range, but 30 is WAY outside the efficiency range.
Are you running an intercooler? Anything above the low -mid teens you should run one.
I can almost guarantee that the stock fuel pump will not be able to keep up at 30 psi, and mayne not even at 20.
