My Bird has been down for 3 weeks with a banged up exhaust, leaking and bent from hitting a raised manhole cover. Thanks to the city of Philadelphia. So I spent the the last 3 weeks doing things that needed to be done such as Valve cover gasket and polishing out the upper intake, fixing the previous owners bad wiring jobs(removing all the butt plugs and soldering everything).
So I finished it all on Sunday, and took her out for a run and Wow she ran the best she ever has since I have owned her ! It was fantastic !
So I drove her to work today(only 26 miles)and then to a Doctors appointment I had and my day was alll downhill fom there.
I have to get 2" area surgically removed on my foot due to melanoma spot, and the bird blows up half a mile from the doctors office. Knocking like I have never heard before and then she just shuts down.
So that was my day , How was yours?
