The TCs are over the hill once again, close to where we were in 2014. Our tent is at "DD" if that brightens anyone's imagination!

HUH! Don't know what I was looking at. LOL That is too far to haul parts back from the vendors. I need a set of cobra R wheels, (not chrome, I'm painting them black), so if anybody has a set and is willing to deliver them to the tent or my house, let me know.

Yep, up on the hill again. Today was a mix of humid muggy air, an hour long shower. Only about a dozen TCs there. Tomorrow should be better.

I lied, today wasn't better. Came home on the rollback.

Took me 4 hours to find a hauler and get home. Alternator apparently was shorting when it got hot. Pete and company were behind me the first time it shut off. Cleaned up the battery terminals, in the rain of course, pushed it down the shoulder of the road and we were off. About 1 mile after we separated it did it again. Coast it for a few seconds then pop the clutch and go again for another half mile finally no more coasting.

Sorry to hear that Fred. I was the guy in the '85.5 gray SVO that stopped and offered my umbrella and a jump start. Us fellow 2.3T guys need to stick together! Glad you made it home safely, albeit on a rollback.
