How hard is it to get to the bolt to remove the steering shaft prior to removing the rack and pinion. It looks like the manifold may have to be removed. Also, I replaced the PS pump and now the rack is leaking. The high pressure line looks like it has a crush washer, does anyone sell those separately or do I have to buy a new pressure line so it doesn't leak? Would form a gasket work to help seal it?

You can get at the bolt in the steering shaft from under the car. Put a cresent wrench on the top and let it spin until it hits the fire wall or something and then use a socket on the bottom of it.
