My Girlfriend and I went over to my buddies place and worked on my distrubitor. I changed the PIP and my hesitation and bucking seems to have stopped for now. Good thing Pete helped me and showed me how to remove and install it. Thanks Pete for that lesson. Bad thing is when i started it i would say it was about 10 degrees after TDC, I got it finally good and then it started zapping me. OUCH!!!! So it is set at 13 degrees right now.....don't worry i run 93 octane and some octane booster. Hopefully it won't cause any problems. The only 2 things i have left is my drivers seat needs to be changed out and thanks to Lewis i have a good seat now. If you haven't got it Pete has your money. The second thing left to do is exhaust. I have an exhaust leak somewhere but it only happens when the turbo kicks in. I have gotten some ideas as to how to find it. One is put a radiator hose between the turbo and throttle body and feel for leaks other is block the exhaust with a rag and then try to find it. The thing is that it only happens when the turbo spools up, never happens when it is just the engine only turbo. So i am thinking it is coming from the elbow somewhere. I was thinking it was the wastegate fluttering open but i can still hold boost. So that rules that out. Any suggestions would be helpful right now. Thanks again for Pete for helping out with everything. I have learned a lot, thanks again. Will be seeing you for fun ford weekend at norwalk and at that other cruise in that you mentioned. Lew thanks for the seat even though it took me so long to get you the money and actually pick it up. Got to hand it to les for storage. LOL Well toss your ideas my way and I will try to figure out the mystery of my exhaust.

Talk to you guys later from a drunken fool and his g/f right now

Might be crack(s) around the wastegate itself. you would have to pull the elbow to check. Also maybe the turbo to exhaust manifold gasket is burned out.
