Alright guys i was checking my cam timing today and saw that the needle on the cam sprocket points in between the left plastic marker and the middle plastic marker. Would i be right in saying that its 1 tooth off and i should probably fix it. Thanks

If it's running OK, probably not. IIRC that's about where my stock setup landed, too.

Kind a a matter of degree (no pun intended)
If the head (or block) has been shaved, the two pointers may never line up and how much they are out of alignment depends on how much the head was shaved. If you "know" the head has never been shaved, then timing is probably off, ie could be improved

well im 99.9% sure the head hasnt been shaved. The car runs pretty good but when i take it past 5000rpm it starts to leak alittle bit of oil so i wasnt sure if the cam timing being off would allow pressure to build up in the bottom end.
Also the guy who owned the car before me was kind of a hack and it looks like the timing belt was changed so im thinking if he did it then its probably off.

Use the string method in the Tech Articles to check, I did yesterday and found that my cam timing marks are off & my cam timing is dead on.

alright i used the string method and were dead on. So thats good.
Now i guess its time for a new rear main seal.
