I think it depends what you want the car for. Since I did all my mods, especially hybrid and cam, there is no real having fun on the street. The IHI and stock motor, cam, were a blast at stop lights. I don't even bother trying to beat anyone at a light anymore because the car is such a pig down low. Highway, of course, is different. Then again I do not have fattys or slicks, so if I rev, or use the 2 step, I only sit and spin. The IHI is a very responsive turbo, but, as you know, it has its limits.

my goal is to have fun car that can keep up with stock gts around here...

How you like that a234 cam... you think thats why your car is a pig on the bottom?

oh no... inspected my cam.. one of the lobes has what looks like a burnt spot on it... thats not good...

it is probably the hardening wearing off.If you can feel a nice lip with your finger nail at the climax of the ramp on the lobe then i would replace the cam.

I didnt feel it... didnt know you was post to touch it, hehe i figured a fingerprint woudl be bad for the finish.. but i do have a very close up picture of both sides of that lobe for you all to look at when i get home tonight

oh yea, 55psi cold oil pressure at idle.. havint did a warm test, going to tongiht
