Cam gear and Harmonic balancer lbs torque

what does the Cam gear and Harmonic balance torque at? I have them on but i know they torque at probably 35-40 maybe?

Cam shaft gear bolt - 50 to 71 lb. ft.
Crankshaft Damper Bolt - 100 to 120 lb. Ft.

Ill post a video of the car running once i have the cam adjustable gear in and it is all right! i have had it running with the stock one but its all set dead on. sounds MEAN!
