Please DO NOT open a dispute with PayPal without consulting the NATO officers first, so the proper and easiest resolution can be found. PayPal disputes cost much in the way of volunteer time and not-for-profit club funds. We will always assist you in resolving an issue without the need for a PayPal dispute.
