Did you put the rubber tube that comes with the spring isolator kit on the top of the spring or just leave it off? 
I followed pretty much the exact same setup as you. I just couldn’t tell in the pictures you posted on another thread.

The spring isolators have a top and a bottom part, the tube part goes on the bottom and the flattish ring goes on the top. But yes, with the SP-028 springs I used both the top and bottom isolators.
