ok, had a coolant line burst on the highway last night. it is on the passanger side, looks like above the motor mount area.
my question is, how many of these smaller coolant lines are there, and what sizes are they? i want to replace all of the hoses now, as the heater core, rad, and waterpump have been done by the previous owner, the hoses must have been over looked.
thanx

There are three rubber coolant hoses on the drivers side, all a real PITA to get to. Several small connecting and bypass type hoses on the passenger side; IIRC maybe five or six. There are also the turbo coolant feed and return lines if you still have your IHI.
I believe all the applicable part numbers are available in the Part Numbers forum.

Is there a diagram of all the hoses, vacuum lines, etc, here somewhere?

In the future please post only the link to the diagrams; posting the actual image forces those on dial-up or slow connections to download a diagram they may not desire.
Thanks.
