No need to buy new switches. If you gently pry the panel from the armrest, the switch module can be disconnected and unscrewed from the panel. Get some CRC contact cleaner and spray the inside of the switch liberally. You can also gently pry off the cover to get inside, but that is not entirely necessary because there are merely copper contacts inside that will get cleaned by spraying in any hole you find. Then bench test the switch for continuity and reinstall.
